About the Role
Weβre looking for a proactive and organised Remote Events Marketing Assistant / PA to join our ambitious, fast-paced clientβs team. Youβll play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and events teams across 3β5 simultaneous B2B conferences, helping drive sponsorship, attendance, and audience engagement. If youβre tech-savvy, detail-oriented, business-minded, and can juggle multiple projects without missing a beatβthis is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritise workload across multiple events (3β5 at a time)
- Maintain and manage email addresses and inbox communications
- Create multimedia content in Canva for web, email and social media
- Update blogs, generic marketing emails, templates, and proofing documents
- Draft and send guesting messages and nurture leads
- Engage and grow our community (especially on LinkedIn)
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and content marketing
- Website updates and SEO management to keep pages current and effective
- Social media content creation and online engagement strategy
- Collaborate with all departments and update your line manager regularly
- Follow brand guidelines and proofreading processes to produce error-free work
- Track campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement
- Use your initiative and ask questions early to avoid missteps
- Source, nurture, and manage leads and attendee engagement
- Track campaign success and suggest optimisations
- Provide virtual PA support including calendar management, inbox oversight, and coordination with internal departments
Training & Development
From day one, youβll receive hands-on training and ongoing development from our Production, Sales, and Marketing Directors. Youβll gain exposure to senior-level event operations, B2B community engagement, and creative marketing execution in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What Youβll Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, business-first mindset
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (must have your own license)
- 8GB+ RAM computer and stable internet connection
- Eye for detail and commitment to producing error-free, high-quality work
- Experience using Canva, LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools
- Comfortable engaging with internal teams and external clients or partners
- Proactive communicator who checks in, asks questions, and gets ahead of problems
