Founded 15 years ago, Sarona Asset Management (β€œSarona”) is a leading impact investment firm specializing in Emerging Markets. We support private companies across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Emerging Europe, with a commitment to delivering strong financial returns and creating deep and lasting impact. The firm is based in Kitchener, Canada, with additional offices in Singapore, and team members located in various other regions around the world.

We are a growing, entrepreneurial firm, where every person’s contribution determines our future. We are seeking a part-time Communications Associate to join our team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager (Sarona) and in regular consultation with the ADI Secretariat communications lead (DFAT), the Communications Associate will develop and drive the implementation of an annual communications and marketing workplan to align with the ADI marketing and communications strategy.

Sarona is the investment manager for Australian Development Investments (ADI). ADI is Australia’s AUD $250 million international impact investment fund of funds. ADI makes early-stage and concessional investments into promising impact investment funds in the lndo-Pacific. These funds then provide financing to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that deliver climate and gender equality outcomes for the region.

We are looking for an energetic person who is curious, friendly and detail oriented. If you are eager to learn about private investments in Emerging Markets, wish to contribute to moving our firm forward, and love to work hard and see results, you may be our person.

Sarona is an equal opportunity employer. We value a team comprising individuals of different race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and indigenous status. We believe in equal access to employment opportunities.
