SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart, experienced, and motivated Paid Social Coordinator to join our Sacramento team.
The Paid Social Coordinator is responsible for supporting multiple client campaigns using in-house managed media platforms including Google, Facebook and other digital and social channels. Responsibilities will include campaign setup, optimization, reporting and budget management across PM platforms.
This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near Sacramento.

WHAT YOUβLL DO
Campaign Execution
- Assist planning team with campaign setup and monitoring
- Manage Campaign Workbooks and documentation to ensure smooth and accurate execution of campaigns
- Track and monitor ongoing campaigns including budget pacing and performance to KPIs
- Build an understanding of platform creative and executional media best practices
- Develop understanding of Performance Marketing ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google Search, TikTok, and others)
- Gather performance data to be used in campaign reporting documents
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend necessary optimizations
- Generate reports from external and internal data sources
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to identify optimizations, new strategies, and campaign tactics
Campaign Planning
- Participate in analysis of campaigns and historical data to inform future planning
- Collaborate with Media Planners and supervisors in the planning and development of campaign strategy
- Is in the development of media and strategy recommendations
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure client work moves efficiently through the agency from start to finish
- Be comfortable providing thoughtful input and feedback in internal meetings
- Assist with day-to-day platform partner communications
- Willingness to work with a team and jump into a variety of assignments, taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams
WHAT YOUβLL BRING
- 0-2 years equivalent work experience in a Media Coordinator or similar role
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Internship or other professional agency experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and formulas) is a plus

WHAT YOUβLL GET
- The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $54,300 - $59,500. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience.
